Rules & Noise
Absolutely no parties or events/gatherings. Quiet hours are between midnight and 8am. Property has noise monitors present in the backyard.
Pool & Spa
Hot tub can be heated for an additional $75 per day (up to 8 hours). Pool is not heated. Use pool and spa at your own risk. No jumping in the pool. User accepts all responsibility. Please note that the pool cleaner comes once a week for around 30 mins. Landscapers come once a month.
Gym & Wellness
Full gym with hex rubber dumbbells, squat rack, dual pulley, yoga mat, boxes, and exercise bike. Also includes a 3-person infrared sauna.
Interior Design
House has been professionally decorated with Z Gallerie and Restoration Hardware furniture.
Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking property and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $1,000 charge will be added for any smoking inside the home.
